Contribution Guidelines
Contributions or gifts are not tax deductible
The maximum amount an individual may contribute is $500 per election. Contributions from a couple must include both names on the check.
Wisconsin law requires us to collect and report the date, full name, street address, and amount of any contribution. In addition, we must collect and report the occupation (if any) for each individual contributor whose cumulative contributions to the candidate committee for the calendar year are in excess of $200. Please write your occupation in the memo of your check if applicable.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident
- You must be at least 18 years old
- Contributions must be made from your own personal funds and not with corporate or business funds, or funds controlled by another person.
- You cannot be a federal contractor
